I have been a patient at this office since 2014 following a severe accident. I am always treated with respect by the extremely kind and caring staff. And I would never trust anyone else but Dr Rafizad and his team of Drs, nurses, and assistants. He is a very warm, caring & kind doctor. He’s makes it easy to understand the medical terminology when explaining things to me. And he and his entire staff are “by far” the best pain management group of doctors I’ve ever been blessed with!

Dr. Rafizad is very professional. Explains clearly what his plans are in addressing your issues and concerns. He diagnosed my condition and provided what was necessary to alleviate my pain.
